Pill Dropping Agent Disintegration Tester is a pharmaceutical testing instrument used for detecting the disintegration time limit of tablets, capsules, pills and orally disintegrating preparations in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It is equipped with 3 sets of hanging baskets (2 sets of ordinary disintegration hanging baskets and 1 set of special hanging baskets for orally disintegrating preparations), and the 3 channels operate independently and can be controlled separately.

II. Main Features:
1. Adopts a 2+1 design, which can simultaneously meet the disintegration requirements for orally disintegrating preparations in the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia.
2. The electronic temperature sensor can display and monitor the temperature at each point in the water bath and in the beaker. It uses a high-precision digital electronic sensor, which can ensure high precision and accuracy of the water bath temperature without calibration.
3. The instrument automatically controls the water bath temperature to 37.0℃, and the preset temperature can be reset bidirectionally at any time.
4. The instrument automatically sets the lifting time of the hanging basket to 15 minutes, and the time can also be reset arbitrarily in both directions.
5. Adopts single-chip microcomputer-based computer control technology to intelligently control two performance parameters: water bath temperature and working time.
6. The temperature and time are displayed by LCD modules.
7. The instrument has over-temperature alarm and automatic protection functions for monitoring the water bath temperature.
